Our MTEL Programs
Full Circle’s MTEL Program works with racially and linguistically diverse educators delivering personalized and differentiated instruction grounded in the growth mindset. We focus on the content and language learning needs for individuals pursuing the following licenses: ESL(1-12), Moderate Disabilities (k-6), Elementary, and Early Childhood licenses.

Full Circle nurtures the critical consciousness to unpack the racial biases and inequities that have and still permeate the education and testing of communities of color. We utilize all these levers to help participants understand themselves as learners, to overcome mental blocks, fear, and anxiety related to passing MTELs. Aspiring educators in our program thrive in a positive and supportive community that stays with them until ALL exams are passed.
